We only accept payments in the listed cryptocurrencies.
Are the works original?
Yes, all the works are original. We cooperate with renowned galleries or directly with artists. You will receive a certificate with the work of authenticity.
What is the cost of transporting the work?
Shipping costs are free.
What are the delivery times? How long after ordering can I expect the work?
We deliver the work within 14 days after the customer makes payment. The purchased work will arrive to the customer professionally packed and insured against damage during transport.
Can I return a work of art?
An undamaged art object can be returned within the statutory period of 14 days from delivery. In this case, the customer pays the shipping costs and guarantees the condition of the artwork during transport until the moment of return delivery to Astroda Gallery. How can I make damages claims?
All works are professionally packed so that no damage occurs during transport. If your work still arrives damaged, it can be claimed in the following wayb as described in the terms and conditions here (link).
